Received the mugs, and had my first latte this morning. Finally, the perfect mug!! Thank you for making an excellent product.

What can we say Owen, all the hospital staff want one of your mugs, they just can't have ours. After a month of solid everyday use, it still is perfect and always is the center of attention. We won't drink coffee or hot chocolate out of anything else.

These mugs are priceless; I ordered a paw print mug for my neighbor, whose little poodle-mutt Clifford was becoming more and more frail. He died in October, but the family loves looking at the mug and feeling comforted by Clifford's little paw. By the way, we were convinced that Clifford was "flipping the paw" at us during the times he sat in the middle of the street and refused to move, until we stopped our cars completely and/or opened our doors, picked him up,and deposited him on his front lawn. These mugs are keepsakes and totally usable. I have three for my animals, too.

I really like the mugs, and especially appreciate that they are individually made.
