Exceptional product! Fantastic packaging (double boxed) and delivery in just three days from Oregon to Florida. Just imagine in today's world where almost everything is made in China, there is an American craftsman turning out a really superior design and quality product for those of us mired in Walmart's Chinese dumping ground. Besides being really well made and comfortable to use, this clever craftsman makes sure that these Mug Revolution Mugs are lead free and food safe. What a concept!! The FDA identified Chinese and Mexican ceramic products as being the most lead prone. Well, It's a no brainer for me. I need to pick up a few more Mug Revolution Mugs to replace the Chinese junk that has been cleared out of my cupboard
Thanks a million, I received the mug you sent, and I love it! It's just awesome, it looks even better "in the flesh" than on the pictures. I was surprised it was actually much lighter in weight than I had expected. It's really excellent. I had a morning coffee in it (a quad latte, no less!), and thoroughly enjoyed it. I absolutely love these mugs. i like the fact that they are handmade, so they all have a different personality. I also love the fact that on a cold day I can have a large mug of hot chocolate and the whole mug gets nice and warm and it stays warm. I have also eaten soup out of the mug and that worked out great. I think my favorite thing about them is that they are nice and big, so I do not have to get a second cup of what ever drink I am having.
The mug got here Tuesday and I have been enjoying it since then. It is the kind of art that seems to grow on me--like moss only better. At first I appreciated the glazes--the green reminded me of some of the Japanese work I know. And then the shape! Somehow, it looks and feels lighter and more airy in the hand than it does in your pictures. It any event, it has become an instant favorite, with my wife hinting around that she might like something like that too.
