Greetings Owen, Many thanks for creating the 7 mugs for our family. They arrived in great condition and on the 25th, they were exceptionally well received! My sister was so taken with hers that she insisted on hand carrying it back home to California rather than have it shipped with all her "other" gifts. And my father in law won't stop using his during his stay with us. One nice benefit of the squat design is that the 12 and 16 oz mugs both fit under our espresso machine so it's an easy matter to make a latte or americano. Thanks for your expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. Both brought loads of smiles to our home this Christmas 2012.
