You can make the mold of your pet's paw print using Sculpey clay, which is affordable and widely available at WalMart and Michael's stores. You can also order it on-line from Amazon. I recommed Sculpey Ultra Light as it is the softest and easiest to use, plus it saves you money on mailing as it is very light. Instructions are available to you at the end of this section. (As of January 2011, Mug Revolution is no longer selling Paw Print kits.)
The studio address can be found on the contact page. Use bubble wrap and a small box or sturdy envelope, and mail the mold in to the studio. (FIrst Class Mail works well and is the most economical.) Mug Revolution is not responsible for loss or or any damage to the mold that occur when you send it in. You will get the mold back when your order ships.
You can download the mold making instructions (in pdf format) here.
Video! Watch our short video showing how to make the paw print mold. While the video is somewhat outdated in that it makes a reference to the paw print kit that Mug Revolution no longer sells, the info on how to make the mold is accurate.
As long as the paw print fits inside a 2-1/2" circle it will fit on a mug. You can print out a pdf template to measure your pet's paw print here. It is highly recommended that you do this before you order a mug. For pets with larger paw prints, you can order a paw print ornament or fridge magent which have no size limitations.
Yes, the mold is mailed back to you with your mug/ornament order.
